How much time to spend on family and career

Having a career to some people seems like a mistake. You miss much when it comes to home life but having a career creates a home life. You can’t afford home life without a career. If you want to be a winner in home life and career combo you need to balance both. When you do have time take your family out. Anywhere, it doesn’t matter your children will remember going out. You will remember only going out when you can. There memories on your family life will be going out. Whether it be shopping or going for lunch. Going out for lunch is huge to a child, huge. It’s an afternoon excursion that will last in their memories for a lifetime. As small as a moment in time it might be for you…It is huge to children. If you work 6 days a week, take the time on the 6th day to travel somewhere with your children. Now that can be simply to a fast-food restaurant. They will cherish those times with you. Even though they don’t seem like enough time that you’re spending with your kids it is. In 1 weeks’ time that 3 hours you spend will be cherished for a lifetime, trust me. The short amount of time you think your spending is not a short amount of time at life’s end. It's every week that you do it that counts. Not just 4 times a year but every week do it. It will pay dividends.
