 My chopper in early 2000's. This photo is 2000 at Laconia bike week. Thats the parking lot of the King Birch Motor Lodge in Alton Bay. I almost hit two moose on the back roads going back to the hotel. I locked up both brakes and was about to ditch the bike by leaping off it. I could have touched one of the moose's rearend as I passed. They moved out of the way at the last moment. I rode 1500 miles that week. Built in mid 1990's. In 2007 or 2008 sold it. Needed the money to get out of a seriously bad relationship.

Automotive Industry

 

I don't know if you noticed but the auto Industry has publishing articles with cars costing over $100000

 for good reason. Some of these articles are paid to the writer. The industry wants the general public to 

get use to cars costing over $100000. You do this by constantly making the figure normal or 

normalizing the  cost of a car costing $100000. They make a tremendous amount of money doing so. 

Most people cannot  afford $100000 car. If you can, then buying a Million-dollar home is not an issue.  

There was a recent  article of a women living paycheck to paycheck earning $350000 per year. She had 

two cars with 185000  owed on the cars. Houses and condos are not expensive if you feel $80000 for  

car is normal. Used cars  can be bought for $30000 and they are reliable and affordable for most of the 

population. Having a car is a necessity in many areas. Some areas of the country it is more important to 

have a car than a house for  employment. In the city this is not always true. $100000 car in my 

Neighborhood is foolish. You do not  need a car costing over $40000 to be reliable. It is not a status 

symbol, your home is. This is just an  opinion of mine and I now many people will say having a new 

expensive car is a must for image. It's a  losing investment. As soon as you buy the car it depreciates in 

value to eventually hitting zero. Your  home won't.

 Is Ye that smart? Did he just show corporate America how prejudice they are. When he was putting down the Black Lives Matter movement, he never lost a sponsor. When he did it to the Jewish community, they all dropped him. It wasn't such a problem when he was attacking the black community but became a "drop him now" movement when he made statements about the Jewish community. Is he that smart? Well, I say so. One might say he is brilliant.

This song was inspired by my daughter. She had gotten a tattoo of her sisters and did not get one of her brother.  So, I started this song that night. I was hurt myself, for leaving him out of the tattoo. The song vision was vivid. It entailed a young boy about 9 years old following his older sister being 13 or 14 who was with two of her friends. The young boy was 15 feet behind her walking with tears in his eyes. The love he had for his sister was big. He didn't understand why now after so many years she was some what leaving him or not given the attention she once had . She turns every now and then to lean over and talk to him. Letting him know where she was going. These are in the lyrics. A country town with quite roads and steps made of stone. The school being more of a one room school house. In my vision the effect on the boy is hard to explain. He was devastated. he could not wipe the tears away fast enough. It was at night the song came as a jam session and I was twirling around while the song was coming to me. I needed to extract it from all around me. That was the feeling I got. The song was slow to come. During the extraction I was on my butt on the ground in my room. When I was picked upped and thrown AGAINST THE WALL. The trouble was no one in the room. Heavy hitters on the Death Metal scene are and have been Cannibal Corpse. 

A foot of snow dumped on New England during the day, just in time to completely disrupted the drive going to the show. It doubled my travel time to Worcester, MA USA. I was not going to cancel this trip because I have been trying to see this band for several years now. Four and a half hours before the show, I started traveling and  

made it a half hour before the show started. It was enjoyable time. My back was wasted from sitting in the driver’s seat for that long and I could barely walk getting out of the car. My back muscles were screaming to take a break along the drive, but I refused to stop knowing that it would increase the time to make it too the show. I pulled into the hotel that I reserved 2 months in advance to make sure I had a room. It is around the corner from the Palladium.

The Palladium is the place to do to for shows in the Worcester area and beyond if you enjoy metal music. With a rich history of bands stopping in to pound the place. When I see shows I tend to make a trip out of it with hotel room and usually time to roam around the city to check things out or just hang park side and people watch (chicks). Not just here but anywhere I go. It's my vacation. Walking up to the counter I received a typical look from the front desk. I'm not attacking women, but this is a women thing. It has happened to me more than once. I reached into my pocket and took out my ID and credit card to give to the women at the front desk. She just looked at it without reaching out to receive my ID and credit card. With a look that states "why are you handing me this?" With a bit of disgust on the expression of her face. And just stared at my hand I could understand if I came up to you on a city street with brown paper bag, opened it and said "hay...reach in and take one." But this is not the case. This time I was convinced it was the way I looked. Well, I did not look that bad or out of place but my blue jeans where ripped and I was bent over in pain from my back. Talk about making judgment on someone by their looks. I thought she was going to call security and remove me from the hotel. This might explain the 4-star rating and not a 5-star rating booking.com. I stood there with a blank expression and after a time I stated "HEELLLOOOO.... I would like to check in." She  

kept her eyes focused on my ID as if it were about to turn into a bug or monster or worse!! 

"OH" she stated and took my ID and put my credit card down and looked me up on the computer and found that, YES, I do have a reservation and was not some homeless guy looking to cause a seen for fun. And a free ride to a heated room for the night, jail, because the city ignores the homeless population like it doesn't exist and offer shelters. I made the reservation well in advance due to past experiences. I was put next to the elevator. Rooms next to elevators are reserved to lower class people who have no business checking in. I mean it was 2 months before the show!! Do not tell me all you had was rooms next the elevator. Well, it could be... Worcester needs more hotels, and you can most always tell a city that needs more hotels based on the price of the room. When the room price is double what you expected to pay, it means the city needs more hotel rooms. This partly how businesses gauge if it viable to build a new hotel in the area, by local room costs. I was pleasantly surprised that I could barely hear the noise of the elevator. Work was going on somewhere in the building I could hear the noise of a screw gun. I was surprised because it was 6pm on a Friday. I do not know about you, but I really do overtime on Fridays unless It is absolutely needed.  

Typically, I take off right at quitting time. Gone... 

I recently worked at a place that like to hang around for a bit and talk after your shift. I was way      out of  place and only lasted a year. I forced myself to make it to the year mark so it would not look too bad on my resume. Under a year tends to look bad to managers. Not me dude, at the end of the day it is my time. Most people in the trades do this. We show up early but at the end of the day where gone, no hang time. The show was explosive as expected. I really did not expect anything less. You might think these metal shows with certain bands are too hard core. They are not. Live shows tend to be completely different than an album or YouTube. Just a unique experience. I have seen Jazz to Death Metal shows without buying an album or download from music sights. Live shows today are the bread and butter of most bands. A big rip off going on streaming sites with bands making little to no cash. Watch this change in the future as bands start to explore other avenues to clear some rent money. Kanye West seems to be carrying the torch on this front. With this Stem thing which I have not figured out yet. I am sure there are others, but he is being the most popular of the bunch and he sells. Sells what? Just sells. It is worth plugging his name. People or groups of his stacker make more than everyone else on these sites. The more popular a star is the more they make. And the little person makes nothing at all. So, he does not need to do this. Its in his financial interest not to do it. He is trying to stop a greed machine from continuing. whether you like his music or do not, is not the point of the conversation.

It's a guy thing ...ladies

I want to inform ladies what we guys eat as far as food for dinner. I noticed recently that women don't know this secret that's guys have with regard to cooking dinner. We, as guys, are capable of eating the same thing every night for months. We don't care to change it up unless we are being noticed of our cooking habits as far as eating the same thing every night. Luckily, we have food stores or normally called supermarkets, here in the states, that recognized this and have added precooked meals to us single guys. We love it. I went up a second night to pick up another turkey dinner complete with mash potatoes, but they sold out. Man was I pissed, upset and my night was ruined. I had my heart set on another turkey dinner. And at $6 usd you can't beat it. Thats what we do. If we cook at home, we generally cook the same thing night after night. It's easy, we know what we need so there just isn't a lot of preparation or thought put into it. I know one guy who is big on Sheppard pie, why? Well, he eats it for lunch and dinner every day all week. He'll take a break on weekends and eat out. 

There was a gossip columnist who was tracking a actor and given him a hard time for buying a precook chicken every night. They didn't understand that that's what guy do. Well... the big guy secrete is out finally.

Rochester NH and the need to see clearly

 I live in Rochester NH today. Read the whole story to understand what I'm about to talk about. Currently there are 5 gas stations that are vacant with advertisement for leases attached to all of them. Rochester just approved another gas station to be built and currently under construction. Why would you approve another gas station in this world climate of electric vehicles with 5 stations empty with no interest in renting them. It is because of lack of being able to look forward into the future. The future of cars is with electric vehicles period. The combustion engine car, of interest, will become collector cars the rest will be destroyed. So why would you approve building another gas station with 5 empty? Their argument will be that the 5 empty are still paying taxes. Well, that may be true but the sight of empty buildings in your city might not be in the best interest of the good citizens of Rochester, NH USA. Your lack of understanding on where the future of cars is not forgivable, and you need to adapt to the current trend. Electric vehicles are going to replace combustion engine cars sooner than you think. By 2030 the industry has stated that 50% of sales will be electric vehicles (EV). Oil is dirty and causing havoc with the environment to a point of no return if nothing is done about it. Stop thinking of yourself and today and start thinking about the future. For generations to come.

 The United Kingdom is on it, because of the price of gas. It just makes sense to move forward with electric vehicles. I believe they are looking to sell only EV's by 2025. This is an aggressive number but a clear understanding of the future. All this plus it is "GREEN." Electric vehicles do not destroy the earth like gas vehicles. So become part of society and embrace the trend, don't ignore trends you will be trampled.

Pit Bulls

This is defiantly a problem. I love cats to start the conversation. Some cats that I love are banned by states because of their connection to the wild. Yet they have never killed anybody. I just got through reading another story of Pit Bulls mauling the owners. This is a constant, Pit Bulls kill. How many more innocent children and adults need to die before legislation occurs on the ownership of these killer dogs. I was at Home Depot recently and a truck as parked next to mine. Inside the truck next to mine was a huge Pit Bull with the windows rolled down. The owners where behind me and noticed that I avoided the dog. It could have simply jumped out the window and mauled me. The owners of the dog walked up and started talking to the dog like it was a child of theirs. OK listen up, dogs have no idea what your talking about, ok. They don't understand English and don't know what your saying. 

I have done service work in HVAC on residential properties where the owners of the house come up and tell me the dog is fine and not to worry. First off I'm worry ass hole your dog is checking out as a possible threat. And if you domino mind please take him or her to another room and lock the door to the room its in. I'm not interested in becoming a statistic in dog mauling insidents. Your dog is great I'm sure but it might not like intruders. As a matter of fact most dogs don't like intruders , so keep your effing dog in another room and outlaw Pit Bulls!!!! How many children need to die before legislation occurs....HOW MANY

Chicken Shortage

 I just went to the super market and they had 4 family packs. The shortage has begun again!!!! This is the second time. Now people will be stocking up when chicken becomes available making it a shortage out of panic. I suspect

this will last for some time into the summer. Any suggestions on what to eat besides chicken? And no Fish does not fill men. I'm not being sexist it just doesn't fill our guts!!!! We leave the dinner table more hungry than before we ate the fish.

I'll say it because I do not here anyone calling for it. The Covid-19 Pandemic has become a world event. The world needs to drop their boarders and work together to snub out this virus before it mutates beyond control. And it will do this it has shown it's capabilities as it mutates. The virus seems to have knowledge of vaccines and is trying to mutate to spread. It's own Mind? maybe! There are countries that do not know how to handle covid-19. Two come to mind while writing this. India and Cuba. Also parts of South America. In the United States we have Mayors of cities quitting because they can't handly today's world of pandemics mixed with protests. So other world leaders who can't handle the virus need to come to terms with it and ask for help. China has stated they are willing to help as the United States and I'm sure other countries are willing. Russia? Hello. The citizens of these countries need to demand action and ask for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Ok, Let's get this straight. I just went online to download a document from a company. To send to another company. I was required for some unexplained reason to have "QuickBooks" soft. What?!!! Most of us don't have QuickBooks so why would you require this type of software for downloads. Are you looking to be in business the long term? You're not going to satisfy customer needs by requiring this format. PDF and DOCX are standards in the computing industry...OK?!!! Understand this, nothing against QuickBooks a lignite software that companies have but most consumers DONT. So why would you require it for customer service?

Solar Panel Location

 Ok, So I'm in my final semester of my second degree. I will talk about the two-degree thing at another time right now I want to address an issue about location of solar panels. The last place you want to locate panels is the most talked about location. The roof. This is the worst location for panels. The best is on the ground. Why....because of service cost, installation cost and flat-out safety reason. Safety reasons have to do with future lawsuits because you chose a difficult location, the roof. It is three times the labor to service anything on a roof of a house, period. It is much cheaper on the ground if you have room for it and most people do. About 28 panels are functional for most home applications at the current rate of efficiency. 20 % is the current rate and is increasing yearly. Thats right as of today the panels are only 20% efficient so it takes more to cover the amount of work needed to run a house. This will decline in time. 

You can thank corporate America for solar energy to become viable for home use. If it wasn't for companies like Walmart who installed solar panels at a loss it would not have been viable for home use. Before your attack corporate America please be aware of the advances they have forced on society. They were installing solar panels to help bring the cost down. It made no financial sense to install them at the time, well the last ten years. Any company installing solar panels on their business the past ten years has help propel the solar industry to what it is today, and we are just beginning...!!!!! Even this example is dated in 2016. This writing occurred in 2021 but just an example of corporate America being responsible.

 Well the new age is upon us as high tech companies always wanted and dreamed of. An older generation is struggling with social networking or gatherings of people with common interests on web sites. This is what you wanted you got it. The days of meeting up in the Library after school are long gone. It is now done in larger than life numbers on sites such as Reddit. As the world is becoming one nation. Yes one country, one place. The old boarder walls are coming down. People or human beings want to be free from restrictions within a legal norm.This has been around for some time but seemed to accelerate with murder of George Floyd and the protest that followed that where organized on line. The internet is an overwhelming powerful tool. More that what most people can image. It is just beginning. You might say well the internet has been in mainstream for 20 years now what's your point. High technology is accelerating humanity. Putin from Russia touched apron this recently as he is well aware of this powerful tool and its ability to influence not only ones thoughts but generations of new ideals. He has decided to retire from his communistic views and has a list of reasons why. The recent uprising in Russia by the people on the attempted assination of one of Putins critics. The world is watching Mr. Putin and it is time to disappear from this changing world. He is involved in assassinating critics. Well... back to stock trading. So much to talk about with so little time. The world is trying to regulate social networking. Social networking puts people in place of where the action is. They become part of lets say a movement. News paper puts distance between the reader and the event where SNS have the ability to make people part of the movement. The FBI, yes boys and girls your next. What I mean is these Federal organizations are convicting people on what they post on social networking sites. Social networking sites allow people to voice their thoughts which does not necessarily mean that that is what they want to do. Let me explain. To post something on SNS (social networking sites) is being transparent. Your putting your true views on a subject online. It is most peoples needs to express them selves and SNS allow this. The FBI is currently involved in prociquting people on what they think. What a peorson thinks and what they really mean can and is two different worlds. I will be the first to tell you that I would have been in jail a long time ago if you could tap my mind on what I have thought about doing. Now this does not mean I would or did these un mentionable thoughts but I and you are guilty of them. SNS give people an avenue to release. A therapist dream. Understand this FBI as you destroy people's lives by convicting them on what they are thinking and going online to express themselves. It's a relief for many people to do this, agent. This does not mean they are actually going to act apron this thought...ok? I missed the online stock trading again as I'm trying to release some info in my head. Panhead Transmission Identification

 Had some trouble trying to id a transmission case for a Harley Davidson Panhead and wanted tp share this incase any one else has trouble to Id case. This pretty much is it. It is for Knucklehead transmissions also. Types of transmissions for Panhead and Knucklehead. Vent hole location for Panhead and Knucklehead transmissions is the key

Type 1: 1936 - identified by only having the 4 mounting studs holding the transmission to the frame. The 5th mounting hole located under the kick starter does not exist on these transmissions. Additionally, there is no boss for this 5th mounting point cast into the transmission case. I believe a bracket was used between the kicker cover studs and the frame in 1936. Additionally, this case has no vent boss cast into it. The vent boss is normally located on top of the case just forward of center on the kicker side. During these years the transmission vent was located on the kicker cover.

Type 2: 1937-1939 - identified by having no vent boss cast into the transmission case. The vent boss is normally located on top of the case just forward of center on the kicker side. During these years the transmission vent was located on the kicker cover. Five mount points on all cases 1937 and later.

Type 3: 1940-1955 - The transmission vent has now been relocated from the kicker cover to the transmission case. There is a vent boss cast into the top of the case just forward of center on the kicker side. It is drilled and tapped for a vent screw (not one of the screws that holds the transmission top in place).

Type 4: 1956-1964 - The transmission vent boss is still cast into the case (top of case, forward of center on the kicker side) but it is no longer drilled and tapped for a vent screw. The venting is not achieved using one of the screws that secure the transmission top.

Finishing up on a research paper I noticed I have accumulated a mess- Professional Communications class (Elon Musk compesation)

 I went through an excessive amount of ink on my printer in this semester. I feel so guilty of how many trees I went through on this class. The ink is over $75 dollars to date. I 'am going green soon!! You can read 25% faster on paper is that justification? IDK stay tuned

Life work balance

 OK...let me address an issue with company reviews that I have been seeing for some time now. Life work balance does not exist. If you're interested in working for corporate America, you need to marry them. Corporate America wants you to marry them. They don't care about your family life. If you would like to make good money and have good health insurance, you need to marry corporate America. They do not care about your family life...understand this. They want you to marry them. Now that that is said and understood it is up to you to balance your career and family life. That means staying up for 20-hour days if needed. Work ten to twelve then go home and be the family person you want to be. Have an understanding spouse is beneficial. This spouse needs to understand that you have a demanding career that demands attention. This demanding career pays dividends. In paycheck and benefits. If you don't like it, then leave it, but you won't make the same money or have the same benefits...OK? Your best option is to marry corporate America...I have

Let me ask you this: Are you able to wake up at 5am and start work then? Will allow you to leave at 5pm? Most likely, with the work at home trend. I do it with school homework. I find less distraction at 2:30 am than at 5 pm. So I wake up at 2am shower and review and complete homework then. With online courses, as many of you know, you receive a mountain of homework!

even tho the idea/work has been around a long time I believe that a new trade has formed that is Delivery Driver. There are skills needed that some folks have and some don't. Let me state a simple yet hard to achieve skill, a smile. yes smile. Knowing locations in case an app sends you the long way you know before do to experience that yes it's the right direction but the long way. The more you pick up in a shift the more you make. Cornwell Tool Box Drawer Slides

OK, there's a problem with Cornwell tool boxes. The company does not support older boxes. I'm not bad mouthing them but they do not provide new slides for the drawers of their older tool boxes. The original manufacture states that Cornwell bought all the left over slides and no longer carrier replacements. This means your older box because obsolete with limited resale power if your looking to upgrade your tool box. Me, Im frugal and plan to hold on to my box for many years to come. I've owned it for a while now and they flat out cost a lot of money to replace. Any mechanic out here knows what I mean. Yes Snap-on supports older boxes by providing replacement parts for the boxes if needed. They are double the price of Cornwell. Ya Snap-on is the best but can you afford the best. Like I always say "what you can afford and what you want are sometimes two different worlds." It's a problem for tool box drawers that has been holding a couple of hundred pounds of tools for the past 29 years that the drawer slides break. You can not order a replacement slide for the drawer. They were special made for Cornwell boxes. The measurements do not match any other commonly supplied slides, they make them for other companies as well but Cornwell are one of a kind. Waterloo and Accuride are two manufactures of older slides for drawers on Cornwell boxes. So I made my own fix that I hope helps others who have had the same problem with their slides that break. School Future

In time schools will be replaced with web based learning. Different than what is today with online learning. It will be done by query to online organizations or companies that specialize in particular areas. An example of this is Chegg who helped me get through physics. I would not have passed the class without it. Teachers as we know it today will not exist. A learning platform as we know it today will not exist. There will be no need for a degree's but access to these organization and companies. This will l create a wider gap in society among classes of people. Teaching will come in the form of the ability to look up information with key words to receive the correct answer. The ability to ask the correct question will be taught.

Tesla Cybertruck

Ok...when I first seen this truck posted on the internet my reaction was "WTF is that" direct quote. Then I looked again without comments and by the time I looked at it for the 6th time "he's on to something here." Elon Musk is a bit of an eccentric because he is ahead of the curve in technology willing to break the molds and smash them to pieces. Who is Elon you ask? Well he runs Tesla and Space X and other companies. He get's financing for any idea he has. I could use some financing contacts for some of my idea's that would help evolve technology and humanity. I just don't have the connections. And connections is what it is all about no matter what your idea is on any subject. Thats one of the many reason's never to burn your bridges, connections. You don't own a crystal ball. I follow Elon mostly because I enjoy technology. He's continually bad mouth by people mainly because he is not part of the norm.  People in general don't like change especially the older they get.

The Cybertruck is absolutely tuff, hard edged, stealth and will become the definition to future truck building. Wide body, 6 seater, means the truck is not cramped like all gas saving trucks on the market today. Not only do have major room but it is electric vehicle. The aerodynamics has been around for some time now but Tesla is the first company to break out and build one. I believe the idea on truck building with such shapes started in the late 90's and strictly for aerodynamics but was focused on commercial trucking. Every mile per gallon counts on commercial trucks they pull off 1 million miles and an extra 2 miles per gallon translates to thousands of added profits. No one had the testicular fortitude to put it into production but Tesla has.

The mold will be broken with this truck and other manufactures will follow the leader in the industry, TESLA. Not only breaks the mold but smashes it to pieces. This will bring interesting design changes to the entire automotive industry, big changes. Remember Elon when your the best at what you do people and businesses will come after you. In droves.

Summer Of Screams

It was Tuesday and I was still recovering from an exceptionally volatile weekend with Bohemian involving: booze, music and mayhem. I fell asleep Monday evening at 7:15 after glancing at the clock on my cell to time the hours of sleep I was about to get, 9. My brain was exhausted. I picked up 3 Gatorade and iced them in a cooler in my bedroom so I would not dehydrate overnight. Sounds like direct experience? It is. Waking up in cold sweats would dehydrate me by 3am.
"Hello,"my cell was on a third set of rings, I ignored the first two sets and some one was calling back for a third time, persistent. I glanced at the front screen, it was Bohemian. I turned it on"Yo Dess, this is Bohemian." "I know, I got you log in my cell, " He said"What's up for tonight." Nothing Bo I going to work on a second night of resting my brain.""EFF THAT," he yelled back, "I just scored some tickets to tonight's show, half dozen bands up at the Bungalow Bar and Grill (sorry no web site to date) with Mushroomhead headlining, you coming or what?""Ya but I'm still driving home, I'm passing the club now and they are lining up around the corner, good score come over we'll get a move on." "ON MY WAY" he yelled.

We hoofed it from my place to avoid any bad scenes with the cops after. Approaching the Bungalow we passed Cecil. Cecil is a cross eyed older black dude who owns the Bungalow to supplement his income. He about 67,retired and works part time but close to full time as fry cook and manager. Social security covers most essentials such as rent and food but falls short on booze and cigs. The Bungalow afforded him such sin's of human nature. Normally Cecil is a happy dude constantly half buzzed from sampling booze in between orders. This night he had that Grinch look. Scrunching his eye's apparently pissed off at some thing. It was none of my business and just gave Cecil a wave and a "Hay Cecil how's it going" with the intent on continuing walking by. Cecil stopped dead in his tracks and yelled back "HOWS IT GOING? LET ME TELL YOU KID, HOWS IT GOING. The cook "banged out" sick and I got 200 plus EFFING patrons with half of them ordering food. I'm the only EFFING one on.That's how's it going." I bobbed my head and started walking again. Bohemian looked over at and said "Wow he's pissed."" Ya I guess he had it in his head to sit by the dish washer all night jabbering to him self like he usually does sipping booze."
The show started at 5:30pm which left no time to go home and cook dinner before the show. That is if you worked for a living. They sold out on burgers and working on selling out on chicken fingers and fries. Cecil had the Grinch face all night while carrying plates of food above his head to avoid smearing ketchup over people who knocked into him. "WHO'S GOT THE FINGERS AND FRY'S." Most people had ordered fingers and fry's so the hole night was confusing on who ordered first with the bar tenders keeping track the best they could. Cecil didn't give a sh#t. Food ordering is secondary to booze ordering at the Bungalow. I guess if you own a bar and trying to move more food, try having a show start at 5:30 and watch.

Unsaid Fate started things off after some local bands doing cover's exited the stage. I always dig women singing metal just because it is fairly rare to see. Jackie LaPonza is a freak by nature. She entered into the bar and at first I didn't know who she was. With her tight belling showing. She was walking straight at me yet looked right through me as if I wasn't there. She was babbling incoherently to her self while making a bee line to the stage. I was wide eyed and  moved out of her path and she passed me babbling and pointing to the sky.I thought for sure I was about to be steam rolled. Not much better than a hot chick who's a freak. It just makes the conversation interesting. Freaks have a tendency to talk a lot about nothing yet seemingly making sense.  In turn you tend to believe the conversation hoping she's this freaky in bed. Her metal set turned out to be as good as her looks which is saying a lot. Unsaid Fate members kicked in a heavy set with Jackie providing the flare. You got to have something and this band has two. Heavy metal and hot chick!

Next up Kissing Candice. Heavy visual band, theatrical metal as I like to say. Most dudes don't like Theatrical Metal they prefer other names such as Heavy Metal, Black Metal, Thrash Metal and other names that sound cool.  Dressed up in masks and Halloween type costumes. I see it as a performance within a musical performance and when coupled with some simple choreography it becomes visually consuming. I expected a band like Kissing Candice to be second to last right before the headliner but this was not the case which is a case for showing up early. If you skipped out the early part of the show you would have missed Kissing Candice. A first rate Theatrical Metal Core band which are worth the price of admission alone. The show started at like 5:30pm and ended at 12:30am. They entered at about 7pm which is early. Maybe its me but I never seen a band sound so good and be early in a set. Major league visual band in costume, a movie vibe to the set endorsed by Metal Core. If your into Metal Core check these dudes out.

The Browning, well known to every one in the place but me and two others. They have been bitching sense 2005 out of Kansas City. Jonny McBee the vocalist was able to command the crowd at will. Setting up the "PIT" by telling the patrons which direction to move while moshing like a tornado effect. The final was a wall of death. This is where the crowd splits down the middle and upon command charge each other and collide center stage. The biggest mosh happened during there set if your into that and most of the crowd was. After The Browning exited the stage Jonny was signing CD's for fans and chatting. Later he joined the crowd center stage to enjoy the rest of the show.
Headliners Mushroomhead have one of the most visual sets I have seen to date. Their costumes are not complex but command attention when they are on stage. The lights play off their masks of a devils face. Using different masks at different tours. These masks where well thought out by some one into stage work and costumes and it was not a coincidence that the gear worked. Not only looked cool but worked with the light show that is part of the set. Pretty wild and something that I enjoy while watching metal bands perform that make use of Theatrical Metal.

Thanks Side Stage Magazine for the photo. My cell camera sucked as far as pictures as I was too far from the stage(for good reason:moshing) to get a publishable shot. That picture above is what was happening all night.I checked Mushroomhead images on google to get a good example of  that show and started to compare their image of this tour compared to other tours and I found this tour to be one of if not the most visual stage set to date. The band has two singers who play off each other in the songs and have much to say in their music. It is evident that they have a message, by the way they bounced lyrics back and forth off each other. This is coupled with two drummers who take front stage with batons playing in time with the beat. More as a show rather than part of the band. The drummer, Steve "skinny" Felton who has been a member with the band sense 1993 kicked ass in the back round. I watched him exclusively from time to time and he never let up. The image he gave me was that he completely enjoyed what he was doing complete with side smashes on the cymbals. This is when you take the stick and start on your right and smash the sh#t out of the cymbal on your left. I got a major kick out of watching him smash cymbals and twirl the sticks in the air and bounce them off the skins all in perfect timing. This is a direct result to a well rehearsed band.
